Most days when I am on snapchat, which is a lot of my day, randomly the camera will go black when I try to take a picture, and it will say exit the app. Other times I will be in a call on snapchat and either the facecam goes out or I will become really quiet or the other person will be quiet. None of these issue are fixed until I restart the phone, and even then it only works 75% of the time on the first restart. I came from a S10E and I moved to a S20FE, it is so frusterating that if I knew this was going to happen, I wouldn't have upgraded. I am debating resetting my phone but I doubt that will help. I have deleted app, cleared cache, data, the cache partition, literally everything suggested, I don't know what to do, and I know many people are having this issue as well. Please let me know a solution, thanks!

Hello,

I see you have already mentioned that you tried a few troubleshooting steps and you are still experiencing the same symptoms. Are you just experiencing this with your Snapchat only? Does this occur with any other apps that use your camera? You can try fully backing up your phone and perform a factory reset and restore the Snapchat app. If you continue to still see the same symptoms, I would recommend reaching out to the developers of Snapchat to see if they can further assist.
