Can someone please tell me how to take a screenshot... on this S20+?  πŸ€¦β€:female_sign:

I've tried the power off and vol down. It doesn't work.
Go ahead and laugh at me. πŸ€·β€:female_sign:

It should be a quick press of power button and volume down. You could try the swipe to capture option. Settings->advanced features->motions and gestures. Then make sure palm swipe to capture is on. Then from either left or right edge of screen swipe the edge of your hand to the other edge of screen and that should give you a screen shot.

Do not press and hold just press them both quickly and at the same time. If I press and hold I get the option to turn off the phone too.

@SamSamantha

There are several ways:

  1. Simultaneous press of volume down and bixby key.
  2. Palm swipe. You can enable this in Settings -> Advanced features -> Motions and gestures -> Palm swipe to capture
  3. "Hey Bixby, take a screenshot"
  4. Swipe open the Tasks edge panel. Click on Take screenshots
