Transferring contacts and pictures

My phone cracked and I can't unlock it, have a new replacement phone but because of the issue with the old one, can't transfer contacts nor photos. Any idea how I can get into the old phone before the return deadline? TY

Was your phone backing up your contacts and photos? While setting up your new phone sign in with the Google account and use your Samsung account and see if it has any backups for you to restore. For example contacts usually backup to Google account.

Hello, it was backed up as far as I know. Emails and part of the pics did transferred. But not all pics nor contacts.

It is possible that some of these contacts were saved on phone and not to Google account. Try connecting your phone to PC and access the camera folder. On some phones you may have to allow the access through the phone itself however in your case it may not be possible.

Good luck!! I'm going through the EXACT SAME THING! Probably going to take my old phone to phone pros and have it fixed because I have SOOO MANY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS 😔 my babies 1st years 😢 I had all of them backed up to my google account but can't remember my stupid password for that email and when I Tap forgot password all it says is try logging in on a different device (one I've previously logged in on!?) I've contacted Google and they don't seem to care?
