I have Galaxy S20+ phone. It was working well.. Yesterday when I plugged the phone to charge, the charging port did not work as it should. it says that it takes 52 hours to charge the phone. Also the original AKG headphone set is not working as well. phone detects that it was plugged with something, but not working. please help me.. Also i updated the phone couple of days ago..hope that's not a problem..
If it's a hardware problem, i can claim it's warranty and repair it, but will it be the same after removing the waterproof seal and re-sealing it after the repair.??
YEs if you claimed the warranty through samsung the water resistant will remain sealed you may also go to samsung certified repair center like ubreakifix and let them diagnose and maybe fix the problem.
