I'm using the S20 Ultra on T-Mobile. The phone consistently shows a 5G icon, however in some cases service mode shows that it is only connected to LTE, despite a 5G icon being shown. Other times it shows 5G NR. Can this be fixed in an update?

Did some more research. It appears this is normal behavior. A little shady on the part of T-Mobile...
do you have 5G SIM with your carrier?
