Hello Samsung users,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G phone, I bought it in February and have enjoyed it. However, last Tuesday September 28, Samsung ran an update on my phone that has since made it impossible to use internet when I'm away from home, unless I'm in a public Wi-Fi area. I'm a delivery driver so this leaves me off the grid while on the road. Best Buy couldn't figure it out and suggested either buying a new Sim Card, or calling Samsung, or doing a Reset. Any suggestions ?

Hi, have you tried reporting this through the Samsung Members app?

I got onto the Samsung chat to a rep, then we tried a few things and they made an appointment for me to go to a Ubreakifix...sadly they didn't figure out the problem either. My buddy helped me transfer things to my laptop, Reset and start over, that didn't help. I'll call Consumer Cellular to see if they can figure something out. The phone isn't insured but it's within the one year warranty.

No, not before or since....as I try different suggestions and eliminate them one by one.
