I didn't get that the update was successfull and now Bluetooth stutters. Says 13 and can't clear cache. Help!!

Try rebooting into recovery mode, clear the cache, and then run the repair apps option. Your phone will restart. Test out. LMK if this helps! GL!

I'm having to pair and repair each time I connect to Bluetooth via hearing aids to get it to work. Not right!
