Galaxy S20I got the Galaxy S20 in September of 2020. I recently noticed that it has a green vertical line going through the phone. I have reset my phone and it won't dissappear. The phone still has one year warranty.

Galaxy S20
Solution: The green line that you are seeing is most likely caused by a damaged display. You can however check if a software glitch is causing this issue by doing the troubleshooting steps listed below.
Start the phone in Safe Mode. Does the green line appear in this mode? If it doesnβt then it could be caused by an app you downloaded. Find out what app this is and uninstall it.Backup your phone data then do a factory reset. Do not install any apps in your phone after the reset. Try to check first if you still see the green line.
If the above steps fails to fix the problem then you need to bring the phone to a service center and have it repaired.

Galaxy S20Hello,
Sorry for the very late reply. But I tried what you told me and the green line still appears.
