Video Rendering

Hey Guys, 

I have noticed that everytime I record a video my phone has trouble rendering the video. As soon as I press "stop" it stops, however the video never gets rendered and the screen doesn't let me close it or use any of its basic functions.

try download samsung members app and submit a ticket.
once you open, click +, then click error report

samsung might be able to tell you if its the software issue
