Videos auto-uploaded to OneDrive from Gallery sometimes corrupted

Since last year, some of the video to Onedrive uploaded get corrupted (the video uploaded get a weird green screen). 

Behavior is inconsistent - not limited to size, or day.

Anybody else run into this or know what's going on. Reaching out to OneDrive support they say it's an issue with Samsung.

The green screen sounds like an incomplete upload, at least that's what I have experienced. Be sure you have a good connection when uploading or sending to the cloud and compare file size before deleting the original from the phone.
