Videos burley when I send thru messages

Hi Samsung helpers, Whenever I send a video thru messages, it comes out burley and the quality is bad. When people send a video or when I send a video, I can barley see the video when I send it. I hope you guys can do something.

Is this new, or has it always been like this? Are these being received from an iPhone? By it's very nature, MMS compression is terrible and often renders videos and pictures in atrocious quality. The technology is very outdated. If these are from iPhone users, then the situation is compounded even further. There isn't really much you can do about it. 😭

Im not hating, but the quality is not great. But thank you for telling me it can't do nothing 🙂

Yes, it's quite annoying. The only way to reliably share high quality pictures and videos via text is by making and sending links, or by way of some sort of sharing cloud service.

Thats an option, this mainly works if you're on the same Wi-Fi network/in close proximity, but there is also a cloud sharing option for links.
