Visual voicemail

Hey there

I cannot manage to get visual voicemail on my new Samsumg S20

• I've entered the voicemail numbers for my 2 sims as stated by Samsung customer service - no change
• i've tried looking for an app in Samsung Store - nothing

This is really really frustrating coming from iPhone

and a must have feature as I travel a lot and need to be able to listen to my voicemail from abroad without having to call it

try contacting your cell provider, might be an issue on how they set it up for you.

Visual voice-mail must be enabled by the provider, check that first. Second, make sure you have the samsung voice-mail app installed. Finally, you could try changing your csc to one that samsung identifies as being compatible with vv.

My carrier has enabled visual voicemail - they've been very helpful and ran out of options on how to solve this

1) I can't find any such app in play or samsung store

2) what is csc

I can't link an APK due to Samsung's terms of service but I can suggest that you Google Samsung voicemail APK. Also what provider are you using

My visual voicemail just stopped working on it's own after being on for over 2 years.. smh
