DECEMBER 20TH 2020 PURCGASED A BRAND NEW S20 5G FROM SAMSUNG ON THESAMSUNG WEBSITE. WE RECEIVED A NON WORKING USED PHONE. THE PHONE HAS A SCREEN PROTECTOR UNDER THE ORIGINAL PROTECTIVE FILMM IT HAS MICRO EBRASIONS AND IS EITHER INFECTED WITH A VIRUS OR HAS A BAD INTERFACE. IT FLASHES AND FLICKERS AND DOES ALL SORTS OF CRAZY STUFF. SHAME ON YOU SAMSUNG

I'm having the same problem after I did talk to Android 11 update I am not receiving calls in time and I spend hours on AT&T over the phone and they want to blame Samsung like each software problem Samsung fixs another problem happened
did the box it came it look tampered with? maybe somebody stole it out and put there old one in there... I've heard of that happening alot rn tbh but if samsung really did send you that then I would really be calling them up all day every day until they fix this.
