I got this phone 8 hours ago. I moved over from an iPhone. I see forums about One UI breaking third party launchers, but I don't have any third party software on this yet. No other launchers. And I still can't get the screen to scroll. The Droid 2 even did that back in the day. I don't have any third party apps that aren't games. What gives?
Also, the HTC had a database where you could buy textones and ringtones, but all I see are themes. I don't want a ringtone app. Does samsung sell just ringtones or notification sounds like the others?
