What is cat controls?

Can somebody please explain what this is? I don't like that Samsung doesn't provide any info on what this thing is on my phone. I want it gone.

Oh I see lol. This is an Android easter egg. To disable it, go to Settings>About phone>Software information>tap the Android version 4-5 times then move the white dot counterclockwise until you see a stop sign.

I've been spinning the thing counterclockwise for 5 minutes and nothing is happening

How long do i need to spin it for? Or is there a certain speed? Why is this even a thing!!!!!?????

Also, is there a three dots selection at the top when you go into this feature? It's just a fun thing to try. Cats visit you and you can collect them.

Try spinning it and then going back and forth a few times. Some combination of those actions will trigger the stop sign.

So I guess it's an "Easter Egg" that Samsung included in my phone. But it won't let me turn off notifications
