Sorry to hear that you're having that issue. Can you please let me know what email client you are using? If you are using Samsung Email, I'd recommend leaving feedback on this issue via a review on the Google Play app listing as well as on the Galaxy Apps store. Be sure to include what email provider you are using as well (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc...). You can also try clearing the app data for your email app and sign back in and see if the issue resolves that way.
In the meantime, you can always try another email app. For me, I personally use Gmail, which supports native gmail and other email providers. I also have Outlook and Samsung Email but don't use them as much. Hopefully switching to another app can help.
