I've bought S20Ultra almost 1800usd since it first launched, after 15 months its screen like the photo below. I took it to Samsung, they said no any sign of being wet or broken, they still charged me 250usd for new screen and said that just because I was unlucky so my phone like that. Disappointed with Samsung product and service, I posted online my bad experience for these 3 months and wil be forever nonsupport of any kind of Samsung product. So, I want to ask, what's exactly your mission "become most ethical companies in the world" is about? Why do I have to pay even though it's not my fault but it is because of your terrible product quality?
