Wife's calls go straight to voicemail

My wife calls me but it goes right to voice-mail. No airplane mode on ,no do not disturb on. What do I do. Any help is appreciated

Hey there Eric, I hope you're doing well.

Does this happen with all calls or just this one specific contact? If it only happens with your wife's contact, you may have accidentally blocked her.

To check this and unblock her if you accidentally did it, go to the Contacts app>Select her contact>Press menu on the bottom right>Unblock contact

Sometimes after ending a call, you might accidentally hit the block button. I hope this helps!

Dont know if this is similiar to the s10 plus I diagnosed a few months ago, but my customer had call forward enabled and made their calls straight to voicemail.

I typed in call forwarding on my note 10 plus and this is what I got. I don't know if you reached out to your carrier to see if maybe there is something going on with her number?

Check to see if call forwarding is enabled. Just a guess. My fellow tech said factory resetting may work.
