Sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting your device to stay connected to your home network. I see you mentioned that your home network works for every other device but Id suggest attempting to factory reset your router or returning it to default settings. This would completely rule out the issue being with the router itself.
How does your device handle other networks?

Unplug the router and modem's power cords from the power outlet for 15 seconds. Plug the power cords back in. Check that all cords and cables are secure at both ends. Wait a few minutes, until the lights on the modem and router are working right.
