Ever since the August T-Mobile update that introduced standalone 5G, the GPS on both my S20 Plus and my wife's S20 has been working very poorly. It always finds us no problem, but quite often just fails to follow us when navigating. This has almost led to an accident.
It's unacceptable that Samsung won't acknowledge or fix the issue. And yes, a factory reset does not fix it. It's happening to two different phones, and there have been plenty of other posts complaining about it. Fix it, Samsung. This shouldn't be happening on a premium device that costs $1,000.
Same scenario with wife. Both are useless. Sungsam support won't acknowledge that an issue has been reported. Requested a case for 4 phones be opened during my chat session since we have already returned original to BB and got new phones. Was working fine before installing August 2020 update.
