Question,  can you dismiss the alarm by one touch on the button instead of touching and sliding the button on s20 fe ?

no. the slide is to signify the intention, and confirm that it's not an accident

Hello. Yes you can change to a single tap. Settings>Accessibility>Interaction and dexterity> Assistant Menu>Replace Swipe with Single Tap.
