it should work tho, I got the same phone on the sprint network, went to register finished that went to system download and it started downloading

I'm assuring you it's not. there are a lot of posts on here of people saying the same. they have been registered for a day or two and the update isn't coming. like I said, when I go there the "Enroll" button says "Withdraw" and I haven't touched it so I'm assuming I did everything right.

One UI 2.5, Android Version 10 like I said above. I'm very tech savvy and know when my phone does not have an update. I don't think anyone has any advice sadly. I appreciate your help!

go to samsung members press benefits and there's a arrow to press, press it go all the way to the bottom and it will say how to enroll in 3.0 ui android 11
