Four days ago I bought my galaxy s20 and it is already broken from the back I am trying to find parts but it is very difficult to find authorized places in Manhattan Kansas. It seems unfair that I have to pay for expensive repair work on an expensive cell phone that does not withstand everyday use and breaks easily. I have seen many comments on the internet and everyone complains about the same thing. I demand my money back or the exchange of the device free of charge.
That's why they have this magic thing called insurance with your carrier. You don't want to pay for the repairs don't break it. it don't just bust by itself, My S20 I've had for a while now, and it's just fine as long as it's properly taken care of. It's not Samsung's fault that people drop and throw their stuff around.
