I got in, apparently is available for unlocked phones and t-mobile and sprint phones only.

Ok is there a moderator. I have done everything it says to get into the beta program... CAN YOU HELP...... it's a21 T-Mobile... Please Help...

If you are referring to the one ui 3.0 beta program, it is currently closed. The stable update is being released. I would recommend reaching out to your carrier about updates.
