To start off. I bought the s20 ultra and never dropped it and had been in a protected case. Until the first of the week. It would say camera failures. 99% of the time. Last night it worked for a couple of shots.. I tried to factory reset among other things. Went to att. They said nothing can be done. Anyone having the same problem?
it's weird. because the rear camera sounds like a lens or something is loose.. faintly rattles. since day one. even address it with att and samsung. both claims it normal. ubreakifix saying that this isn't a common case. but samsung wants me to ignore the whole situation and accept wasting 1200$ isn't a big deal
