constant restarts and possibly defective s20 ultra

my s20 ultra started going haywire yesterday for no apparent reason - i have only had the phone for about two weeks or less. Sprint told me many many customers were dealing with similar issues and were ultimately unable to clear the issues after several attempts. They told me Samsung was aware of the problems and that they added my number to the list of affected customers.


So, essentially the phone just constantly reboots and the funtionality of the phone while its on is almost non existent as apps soon lock up once its opened. Hard to complete a text because it keeps locking up. texts come late and then it notifies me over and over for the same text.


I may have to replace the phone asap.
