document scanner has stopped scanning

My Phone sanner is not working any more.  Yellow "tap to scan" box image is not showing. I have the setting set to screen optimiser.

Go into Camera settings -> Scene optimizer and verify that "Document scan" is enabled.

Yes all the settings are selected

Have you tried opening the Camera settings and clicking "Reset settings"?

If it works while booted in safe mode, a 3rd party app which you installed is causing the issue.
