i'm not sure what is going on but i know thurs verizon wrote it on their website s20 plus i'm on wifi and not sure why this hasn't been pushed out on my phone yet
i talk to verizon guy on phone telling me its samsung who pushes security update or them?
i know i can manually go into software update and check it will come up but i don't want to do it
just trying to figure out why its not pushing out on phone yet, will it be sometime today tomorrow or what?
I'm on Verizon with the same phone. My update came out on Jan. 21st. If your phone is set up for auto updates and is connected to WiFi, it should automatically download. You might go to Settings/System updates/Check for System Updates... see if it's there to download. It should be.

yeah are you on 3.0 because on android 11 i cannot tell if auto update over wifi is turn on or not because option is gone

I am on Android 11, UI One 3.0. I'm fairly sure that no one is allowed to take OTA system downloads in anyway other than WiFi... it's different for app updates, which do allow updates over data if that's your preference.
When you go to settings/system updates/check for System updates what does your phone say?
And when you go to settings/system updates/show system update history what does your phone say? It should list the last 2 system updates done on your phone.
