I have verizon and I'm having a bad network/data connection that makes it impossible in some areas to use data or send and receive messages and calls. I've had Verizon swap the sim card, I've reset network settings, I installed updates, I talked to Verizon tech support and still nothing helps. Verizon tells me that they are having an issue in NorCal and they are working on it, but my roommate has Verizon and doesn't have the issues I have. Could it be because I have a 5G phone and he doesn't? What can I do to fix this? The last thing Verizon said to do was a factory reset but I don't think that's going to work.
