Tried all of the recommended fixes,, plus taking to a local service center. Ended up having to ship back to Samsung. You might try calling them to see if there's any warranty coverage (90 days?) Since erefurbished is supposed to be "good as new". If so there's a process to repair/replace...and make them give you expedited shipping. I sent mine Monday and had it back Thursday. Still scks to be without a phone, but they need to make it right! Good luck!
