Yes, follow @JoshQ instructions and make sure both parties have it on. My husband and I would have this issue because his phone kept signing him out of the "read receipt" settings for unknown reasons but now it works.
S10e user here.. Good. I thought it was just me screwing up my settings. I've tried everything I can think of to correct it, but hasn't helped. I need to correct this asap 😫
Absolutely having the same issue with my S20 after the update. I power cycled my phone, checked my message settings, and verified that the recipients had their read receipts still enabled.
Agreed! Just bought this phone and two weeks in, my advanced messaging features are not working. Still within my 30 days and thinking I should return for a Google or Motorola. Can't believe Samsung would let basic features remain broken!!
