Can anybody tell me how to access my secure folder on a s20? There is nothing prompting to reset if forgotten password.

this link doesn't work because when I open my secure folder it doesn't give me the option for forget password

If you enter a number (even just one number) in the PIN input area and then click the enter key (blue check mark), immediately below the input area it should say  "Forgot Pin".... then you go through the steps to reset your PIN.   

If for some reason, you're not seeing that, call this number:  they specialize in certain Samsung App problems, including Samsung Pay...  Good luck!

if you put the wrong pin in it should say forgot password? click it
