voice to text is wrong every other word

How do I get my voice to text to actually text what the words I am saying

have you made sure the language is correct? this happened to me once since I speak both english and spanish. I was speaking english into my voice to text and since it was in spanish everything came out incorrectly.

I have a note 10+ 5g - paid entirely too much for the voice to text to NOT WORK - has anyone heard of a solution??? thank you in advance, CM
