Why can't I use any 3rd party camera apps with full manual controls , especially manual exposure I can't go past 1/6 secs .    As a result making it useless due to preview being too dark to see anything ( night , astrophotography) and actual photos coming out the same , both raw n jpeg. Not even Lightroom app has capabilities to even go up one sec exposure. Very disappointing that I can only use stock camera that allows me up to 30 secs  . Does anyone know any apps that aren't restricted or can bypass this unnecessary  situation I'm sure many other users are experiencing.

I was a bit upset about this too but then I realized it's not an issue with the samsung phone it's actually an issue with that 3rd party's device support.

Because 3rd party apps weren't designed for the features of your phone

Lightroom is a post-processing image editor. It is not designed to control a digital camera.

I can go beyond 1/6th ... see 1st screenshot

Have you tried Pro mode, or Night mode?

This is probably less about available camera controls, and more about knowledge of the camera's available controls.
