60 day trials on orders came up while I'm in trial period.

Why doesn't Samsung just automatically let everyone that's in a trial period utilize the newest 60 days trial period via email? that would be very beneficial cuz you can't really use all the features and do everything you need to do in a two week / 10 day  period. And if something is not working that came with your pre-order why won't they make things right and let you send it back my earbuds don't work and give you some new ones?
