Galaxy S21Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out. I can certainly understand how inconvenient it is for the phone to flicker while charging. In addition to what @justmehere179 suggested, I would also check to see if a third-party application may be behind this unusual behavior. You can do this with Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
If that does not work, you can try a factory reset. This guide can walk you through the entire process, including backing up your stuff beforehand: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the troubleshooting is ineffective, submit an error report via Samsung Members: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
