Hello, I bought a Galaxy S21 Ultra from Samsung that is locked to AT&T. And now no one can unlock it for me, AT&T says that Samsung has to unlock it, and Samsung says its otherwise. Who can help me here??

I would recommend reaching out to your carrier as a carrier device unlock code would only be able to be provided by your carrier.
