Solved: AT&T Unlock for a carrier locked Galaxy S21 Ultra - Samsung Community

Hello, I bought a Galaxy S21 Ultra from Samsung that is locked to AT&T. And now no one can unlock it for me, AT&T says that Samsung has to unlock it, and Samsung says its otherwise. Who can help me here??

I would recommend reaching out to your carrier as a carrier device unlock code would only be able to be provided by your carrier.

You can sim unlock it, however since it's branded by ATT you cannot unlock bootloader on their software variant. root not possible either without serious side effects. if you want root go with Tmobile.
