Galaxy S21
After updating to UI 6.1 in June 2024, it keeps shutting down automatically and cannot be used. I have already restored the factory settings, but it still keeps crashing and cannot be used. The phone will automatically restart indefinitely, but generally it will not reach the boot interface. Even if it is turned on, it will automatically shut down again after a few minutes of use, and it will fall into a loop. I have been to a Samsung store once, and they told me that it is a software problem, and that my phone has been bought for more than two years and is out of warranty. They will not help me solve the problem, which makes me very upset. I have been using Tab A to go out for two weeks! !

Galaxy S21Hello all, thanks for reaching out. It is certainly frustrating to have your device boot-looping or shutting down on its own frequently. Third-party apps can cause random or constant reboots to happen on your phone or tablet. Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue. You can perform a software update, factory reset, or turn on Safe mode to determine if an app is causing the issue. Give the steps in this guide a look: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001475/
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:
