Somehow, after updating my s21U to Android 13, one ui 5, my whatsapp video calls now have only 2 different PiP sizing available. Previously we used to be able to size it down to a mere thumbnail and resize it by dragging. But now dragging /resizing doesn't work anymore.
It used to be so flexible with more resizing options available.
If it's in your camera roll like screen shot, video, photo then yes you can resize it anyway you want. But if it's download by a 3rd party such as whatsapp then you can only resize it and take a screen shot of it.
What? I am talking about picture in picture (when you watch a video or do a video call and simultaneously browse other apps). I believe you are confusing it with something else. AFAIK a picture from a gallery cannot be PiPed
