Android 13 botched bluetooth

Galaxy sS21 Utra on the Xfinity network (verizon towers) and the update to Android 13 has ruined Bluetooth. Won't connect to watch without resetting watch, won't connect to car without deleting phone from car and re installing. (Those both worked for 12 hrs and are down again) won't do anything. I hear there is a patch coming, but have yet to be allowed access via system update. Google olay system updated today and still nothing. Have cleared bluetooth cache and the cache partition on phone....still nothing... Wondering if it has to do with phone being pad off on Xfinity end, or if it's a Samsung issue?

Did you try Settings->General Management->Reset->Reset Network Connections

Everything is working fine on my Ultra with One UI 5. Watch, radio, Android Auto Wireless are all connecting fine.

Note20 will no longer connect to vehicle, it will pair but will not connect after android 13 update.

Have you removed the connection from both the phone and the car and tried again?
