Android auto disconnects after a few minutes

Hi i tried to connect my phone to android auto but is work for few minutes and disconnected i tried different cables good qualities 3.1 and still disconnected. Somone can help me? What can i try?

Depending on the car you have you might have to connect it to bluetooth before you connect the USB for android auto

Look into the alpine radio settings you should find an option to update the software (not just android auto) but since it is after market it might just be defective that is the bad thing about buying after market devices

They replaced the radio because i think is was the problem and they put another radio better brank and i still have the problem

You NEED to use a 3 for cable! I had the same issues with an Anker 6 foot cable, as soon as I went to an Anker 3 foot, my issues were fixed.
