After the one UI 7 update I've noticed a few times that the app labels grey out and can barely be seen. (home screen and app drawer) Going into the home settings and toggling the label off and back on didn't help. What I have to do is restart the phone for them to appear again. Several other things about the update I don't care for as well. My family would like me to go to Apple...I do love Samsung phones but this latest update is disappointing. To me anyway.
I have also been dealing with this, and the only thing I've noticed helping is changing the theme or turning off dark mode, which I will not do. I have also noticed it affecting my home screen, but not my app drawer, randomly.
