Automatically turn power saving mode on below certain battery level

I wonder if there is a way to turn on power saving mode below certain battery level? This seems to be a feature in other android phones, but I haven't found it on Samsung

Yes, you can. Go to settings-Battery and device care-Three dots- Automation-Adaptive Power Saving. Hope this helps!

I assume that optimizes the battery based on usage, but it doesn't automatically turn on the power saving mode, does it?

I haven't confirmed, but the excellent app Tasker might be able to do this for you. If you can't find a built-in way, it's worth looking into.

I would recommend trying Samsung's goodlock and routines. You can set a specific battery percentage to trigger an activity like turn on power saving mode.
There are features missing like an option to turn off power saving mode. But it should work if your just wanting it turned on automatically.
