Battery Charging Brief Pop Up when charger cable plugged in....

Hello all, 

My wifes phone (S21 Ultra) shows a brief battery charging pop up in the center of the screen when she plugs her charger in.  Its a white transparent circle with battery percentage.

Mine does not do that when plugging cable in.  I dont have a problem with charging or fast charging, so no biggie.

Is there a setting to enable this?

I don't recall such setting... if it bothers you, you could submit error report to SamsungMembers app after reproducing the issue. First time coming across this sort of issue...

It normally indicates that while your utilizing the phone like web browsing or going from social media to other tasks. That little charging icon is only displayed during those time of usage so u should be able to have the same display once you run multiple tasks.

almost sounds like you have animations turned off in developer mode

That was it!

I enabled .5x and cannot notice any lag with animations, so that works for me.
