Battery Charging Problem

I have loved my phone since I got it (Galaxy S21 Plus) but it seems like I started using a wireless charger the battery doesn't charge. Even now when I plug the guarding cable into the phone it is having problems charging. I have cleaned the port and tried 3 different cables now. 

Is there anyone else having this issue?

Are using a 25 watt charging, & type C to type C cable ?. Also check your battery settings for charging ?

My settings are set right. I don't have a 25w charger yet but I use the charging cable I had with my S9 Plus. I haven't had an issue until this weekend. I'm looking for a good deal on the trio wireless charger from Samsung to purchase.

OK, might want to try Amazon, I found two 25 watt charger blocks, and a cable for under $25

Ensure you're placing the phone on the wireless charger correctly ... I see this using ours - when you lay phone on it, watch for red light to come on

I have noticed when the charger is in the flat position it doesn't charge as well as standing position. It happened when I plugged the charger into the phone as well though.

I would recommend taking the phone to a local uBreakiFix location to have them test your charging port. I also recommend using the original charging cable that came with the phone with a 25W charger. You can find your nearest uBreakiFix location here: https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung
