Blocked calls keep coming in

I keep getting calls from numbers I have blocked on my android phone

Make sure your system app Blocked numbers storage is not battery optimized, restricted or disabled. That is where I would start.

GO TO APPS--> Hit the filter button next to your apps and make sure show system apps is toggled on. Search Blicked Numbers Storage and make sure all permissions needed are enabled. Go to the battery section of the app and see if it is optimized. If it is I would choose the top option "unrestricted" and see if there are any special permissions for special access. Also make sure contact storage system app is unrestricted.
