Bluetooth Not Working after One UI 7

Since the update devices cannot connect to my S21 Ultra. I have to unpair the device,  restart my phone and try to pair multiple times before it works just that once. 

I have to repeat this any time I want to connect to that device daily. 

I've read some issues with WhatsApp, but I do not have that app on my phone.

Try resetting WiFi and BT settings.
Settings, general management, reset.

This works for the single time you are using the device. The same problem occurs the next time you try and use any device.

Don't do what they said, it will completely reset your phone

My S21 Ultra won't connect to any of my Bluetooth devices since the UI 7 & Android 15 update yesterday morning; Galaxy Buds2 Pro earbuds, Spade & Co smartwatch, 2013 Chrysler 300/UConnect. All were connected without issues before the update. This is the 1st time I've had any problems with a phone update with the S21.

Yes even I am having that problem.  It just will not keep connected to the my BT in my car!
