Bluetooth icon cannot be placed on status bar

Is there a way to place the Bluetooth icon on the status bar when the Bluetooth is activated?

It should appear when you connect something Bluetooth to it, rightfully so. Try connecting something Bluetooth.

It is connected but does not appear. It only Appears when you pull down the menu,  and then goes away on the home page.   Seems like a bug.

Yeah, something's not right with that. Try connecting something else that's has Bluetooth capabilities. Or is it everything you connect?

There was a button/tab interface that allows it to be shown on my S8. But I can't find one on S21.

The first picture shows that Bluetooth is on.
The second shows the main screen. Bluetooth icon gone.
The third shows Bluetooth connected on main screen. Notice the arrows in the last picture. This shows it is active. Can you see this in your phone?

  There is no icon for Bluetooth but it is active

swipe down from top of phone, then touch 3 dots in upper right corner, clock on button order. Then look for Bluetooth symbol then move it within the first 6. Back out. Hope this solves the issue

Okay. Swipe down your notification bar. Drag down your notifications to expand them. Swipe to the end. Click on the plus. Maybe you have to add it from there. I can't remember if it was already active on my phone or not.
