For some time now, the Bluetooth controls PLAY/PAUSE/NEXT on all my audio devices (multiple headphones, car) do not work. This is reproducible in multiple apps such as Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud. Audio does play through the devices, however when I tap Media Output, it shows No Media Playing, despite the Media Output button showing next to the Spotify controls on the notification bar.
My car dash also displays that there is no information provided (song/artist).
Android os, headphone firmware/software, Spotify all updated. Galaxy S21ultra
